Decor

We are going to be in our house for a long time, and I am ok with that.  Originally we were going to move in about 5 years, but since I am staying at home and the housing market isn't that exciting, we are fine to stay here.  Plus at church we did a 5 week course on financial freedom and just thinking about having no debt is very exciting, overwhelming, but imagine NOT having a mortgage!  So, we are working to do some changes to the house and my changing is of course decorating.  The husband painted the bench and shelf at the entry way black (which was white) and the walls a vanilla color-which was painters white before.  I also got this cute vynal wall quote made just for us!  I luv it.  We have lots more to do, but just a few improvements I am excited about.  Oh, and the rug was a Christmas gift from the husband.  So all I spent money on was the vynal and I have had it for a while, just wasn't sure where
to put it! :)

when I go to the bathroom alone!  Someone got the diaper cream and gave himself a facial.  Because I laughed, he just kept giggling and misbehaving!

Spring

Today was sooooooooo niiiiiiiiiice, yes people it was!  So, Sam and I went to the park and played and then we ate lunch on the back porch....I think he liked it (and his vegetables too)!  What a great day!

Beep Beep

The husband bought Sam a little 4 wheeler on black Friday.  Sam was not a fan of it and would avoid sitting on it and pushing the go button.  So, we put it in the garage hoping that maybe over the summer he would take to it and ride it.  He spotted it while we were coming in from shopping on Saturday- and jumped right on it.... so daddy took him out to ride it around the cul-de-sac.  The other picture from our weekend is Sam sporting his new tie I got at a consingment sale.  Happy Sunday!

I love Daddy

One of my favorite times of the day are when Jarrett and Sam are playing.  Before we were married, I loved to see him play with his niece and nephews and like most girls I would picture him as a dad.  Sam loves his daddy and his new favorite thing is to sit on the floor and pat it and then say "peeese?"  Meaning, please daddy come sit on the floor with me!  I want to gobble these moments up because I know they will be only for a short while.

Sunny Day

Today was such a nice day! Beautiful weather means we can go outside!  So, Papa came over and we ate lunch at Panera and we went to the park to play!  It was so nice to get outside, feel some warm sun and see Papa and Sam play!  Plus I could slack on my parenting since dad was there to help! :)
